offer a 90 day money-back guarantee on all of our products
(excluding essential oils and essential oil blends) providing authorization by telephone or email
is within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not
subject to refund unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will

Within the first 90 Days in your possession, you may return your item for any reason. You need to contact us as soon as possible regarding the reason for return. We will try to resolve any issues you may have. If that is not possible you can send your item back for a refund. In order to receive a refund, we must receive your item in PERFECT condition, including any instruction booklets. So please take care in ensuring that your item is in the same (or similar) protective packaging materials that they came in.
